Wow, what an undertaking! Great job on the whole project — it looks like it tasted delicious! (Though I must agree the lasagne, provolone, additional thoughts at the end show great promise. Gotta love pasta, provi, etc. etc.!)

Wow Scot - you know I have been a vegetarian since I was a kid and most men were never able to cook for me. They just couldn’t understand that I choose not to eat or wear my animal friends.

No it get even more complicated I have become a vegan and only eat raw organic plants, nuts, seeds etc. It’s fantastic for the body and my energy levels have just rocketed.

But err the man thinks I’m going to far - this he does not comprehend at all But hey my mentor David Wolfe is a man and I’ve been learning from him.

I’ve noticed though that even my man is giving me compliments to my appearance - I mean I’ve alwasy looked like I do but now I’m glowing.

Anyway I always say lead by example either he’ll get into it or keep his old meat frying ways. Do you think a relationship can handle such eating differences?
